We are EXCLUSIVELY supporting our client, a high net worth individual and his team of Directors, to appoint a talented and capable Executive Assistant to join them on a permanent basis.

The successful candidate will spit their time between a key Executive and a team of 3 Directors, working in an interesting and fast paced role across two organisations; an investment firm and a large high profile international organisation.

This is a busy and dynamic role where in addition to traditional EA duties, the post holder will have the opportunity to support a variety of projects. We are, therefore, keen to consider candidates with relevant experience from a range of backgrounds to include marketing, finance and legal.

Whilst the role is primarily Monday - Friday 37.5 hours per week, the nature of the role requires a degree of flexibility.

Responsibilities - Investment Company Directors
o Key administrative tasks & business support to three company Directors
o Full diary and email management
o Invoicing, filing and updating of all company cost ledgers
o Minute / action taking when required
o Manage company and personal expenses
o Office management tasks including stationary & furniture orders, coordination of any cleaners, deliveries and tradesmen, and general upkeep of the office.
o Other administrative tasks including mail distribution & filing, scanning & printing, legal document handling, phone & IT set-up
o Various personal tasks
o Requirement to be flexible

Responsibilities to Key Executive
o Full diary & email management
o Travel management including complex arrangements & itineraries
o Visa management
o A requirement to be flexible and on-call when Executive is travelling
o Provide administration support to senior staff and department heads
o Handling of legal documents and contracts
o Manage company and personal expenses
o Filing invoices and raising POs
o Administrative tasks including filing, printing, letters of invitation etc.
o Various personal tasks
